Inspiration for blue roses comes to me in dreams, it repeats again and again, so I decide to paint them. There are meant to be more of them on one wall, but sometimes just one is all we need.
Meaning of blue rose: It is a symbol of achieving things against all odds. Blue roses have “blue blood” and mean also mystery, loyalty, affection, prosperity and immortality. This painting is from a limited edition: 25 similar paintings in this size and each is in different blue shade.
