Delivery of Purchased Work

We will deliver all purchased works to your house. Orders are packed properly and always insured. If you prefer certain way of transportation or place or time of delivery, please let us know in the comment field while ordering.

We will inform you about shipping and expected delivery date by e-mail and SMS. We ship the order shortly after we receive it, in any case within 10 working days after receiving the order.

Delivery within the Czech Republic is free. 

The cost of delivery abroad within the EU (valid from January 1st, 2016):

Longer side 0-30 cm ….. CZK 300 / EUR 11
Longer side 30-60 cm ….. CZK 600 / EUR 22
Longer side 60-120 cm ….. CZK 900 / EUR 33
Longer side above 120 cm ….. CZK 1 200 / EUR 44

For delivering outside of the EU the following prices apply (valid from January 1st, 2016):

Longer side 0-30 cm ….. CZK 1 000 / EUR 37
Longer side 30-60 cm ….. CZK 2 000 / EUR 74
Longer side 60-120 cm ….. CZK 3 000 / EUR 111
Longer side above 120 cm ….. CZK 4 000 / EUR 140

Payment Methods

When delivering within the Czech Republic, we offer two ways of how you can pay for ordered work: cash on delivery or a banks transfer. While delivering outside of the Czech Republic, cash on delivery is not available.

With cash on delivery you will pay at the handover of the order.

If you chose bank transfer, please wire the owed amount to the account No. 2200887901/2010 (Fio Bank).

If the payment is cross-border, use the following – IBAN: CZ0520100000002200887901, BIC/SWIFT: FIOBCZPPXXX.

Please use the order number as variable symbol.
